dc.description.abstractHuman Rights are those rights that every individual must have by virtue of being a member of the society. They are based on demand for life in which the inherent dignity of human being aspires for respect, protection and dignity. Human rights are innate individual and are of an intrinsic factor in the quality of human persons. Human rights and fundamental freedoms allow us to fully develop and use our human qualities, our intelligence, our talents, and conscience and to satisfy our physical, spiritual and other needs. They are based on mankind's increasing demand for a life in which the inherent dignity and worth of each human being will receive respect and protection. Human rights are Universal and are applicable to all without discrimination. Human rights are sometimes called 'Natural rights', Basic rights' and 'Fundamental rights'. The Fundamental rights are recognized as the basic rights of individuals. These also promise the removal of all kinds of inequities from the lives of people. As fundamental or basic rights they are rights which cannot, rather must not, be taken away by any legislature or any act of the government and which are often set out in a Constitution. Human Rights recognize the inherent dignity and fundamental freedoms of all members of human family. The equality of civilization of a country is measureden_US
